In 2009, the National Association of Realtors reported that 87% of home buyers start their shopping on the internet. Having great pictures of your fully-prepared home makes that all-important good first impression - bringing buyers to your home.
Our job is to create the emotion of "desire" in your potential buyers!
1) Occupied Staging Consultation with Written Report
Room by room, we discuss with the seller (and often the realtor) exactly what needs to be done, what should be simplified, and how to make the room speak to the exact demographic we are targeting, leaving a written report. Curb appeal will be addressed as well. See examples below. Average-sized homes are $250
Seller may hire us to do any or all of the work.
It is often recommended that you hire us back for 1-2 hours just before photographing for those finishing touches.

2) Speed Staging
When a property is in good condition, finishing touches to prepare for photographs or open house can usually be done in 2-4 hours. Often we will work with the real estate agent or seller to re-arrange furniture, rehang artwork and place final accessories. $250 and up
Statistics show that staged listings typically sell for 3-10% MORE than unstaged properties in Los Angeles County. That's $36,000 to $120,000 in the South Bay! (And they sell up to 76% faster - saving you tons in monthly costs). 2012 Stats from the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA)
Unstaged vacant homes typically take 2-3 times longer to sell.
